Includes agricultural inspectors, air resources technicians, and those who perform drafting and technical work in such departments as Caltrans and Water Resources.

Possessory Tax Reimbursement
Per Bargaining Unit (BU) 11 Memorandum of Understanding, the Department of Fish and Game (DFG) will reimburse BU 11 employees who occupy department-owned housing for their payment of possessory interest taxes, where assessed. This letter applies to BU 11 employees that the Department has designated as essential and whose residency in department- owned housing satisfies the criteria for the working condition fringe benefit exception found in tax laws.
