I Filled out the Registration Application and Never Received an Email

The Leadership Academy team compiles all the applications at the end of each month. The email address that was entered in the online form is used to send out login credentials. Some common reasons for missing that email are: typos in email addresses, entering an email that is not commonly checked and spam filters putting the email in the wrong folder.

Contact us if this happens and we can look up your account information.

How Do I Know if I Completed a Course?

All courses that are completed will show in the Completed section on the My Progress tab.

Completed section of the My Progress tab

The system is currently set up to require all slides be viewed. A common issue that keep courses from updating to completed is not viewing every slide. If you have completed the exam with a passing score, try going back and viewing every slide. When you exit at the end the course should update to completed status.

If a course is completed it will show in the Completed section on the My Progress tab. Make sure the date range is set correctly. Choosing “all” will show all courses ever completed.

Modify the date range of the Completed Tab

Did I Complete My Advanced Steward Training (AST) Requirements?

The current SEIU Local 1000 Policy File states that all stewards must complete one Advanced Steward Training (AST) per year to maintain their steward status. An Advanced Steward Training is any one classroom or online course. All of the SEIU Local 1000 courses on the Virtual Campus count towards the AST requirement. If you have completed one course online or in a classroom setting you have completed the AST requirements.
