• We train workers to tell their stories and educate politicians who are our bosses and who stand up to fight for quality public services.

A union for all political parties

We are one of the first unions in the country to develop a program that recruits Republican members to meet with their Republican legislators. Our program builds on the diversity of California to recruit people of all parties to hold legislators accountable to our program-to send a message that state service is non-partisan. The services we provide to all Californians are services that all legislators should fight for, and investing in a quality workforce that is trained and justly compensated is good for all Californians.
