Together we will stop the abuse and end the use of mandatory overtime (MOT). To address these unsafe working conditions, we are asking you to share your story. Your individual stories will be used to put an end to using MOT as a regular staffing tool. 

As you submit your story we would like you to think about the following questions: 

How has mandatory overtime (MOT) affected you mentally and physically? 

Can you describe a specific time when you felt unsafe or unable to perform your job duties?
