The State Bar Board of Trustees voted on Thursday, April 16 to approve our contract. The Board of Trustees vote is the culmination of a process that started over a year ago and recently included an overwhelming majority of State Bar members voting to ratify the Tentative Agreement.

The Tentative Agreement went into effect immediately upon the Board’s ratification. The full Tentative Agreement is available here, and a final version of the new MOU will be available in the next few weeks.
