Virtual Ratification Meetings

The State Bar Bargaining Team will hold two informational sessions for members on the Tentative Agreement. The meetings will be the same, you only need to join one session. You have been approved to use State Bar time to join these meetings for one hour.

  • Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.

Voting Information

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all voting will be held electronically. You can vote in the Ratification Election from Monday, April 6th at 3:00 p.m. until Friday, April 10th at 3:00 p.m. Vote results will be posted within 24 hours after the close of the election.

Unit 1 includes accounting officers, auditors, analysts for all departments, employment program representatives at the Employment Development Department (EDD), disability evaluators at the Department of Health and Human Services (DHS), and information technology analysts and other professional classifications.

EDD COVID-19 FAQs

1. Are work chairs allowed to come home with employees while teleworking?

If the employee has a “ergonomic chair”, which is defined as a chair that was provided as part of a reasonable accommodation then yes, the employee can take that chair home for telework.
