One call to the the Local 1000 Member Resource Center (MRC) at 866.471.SEIU (7348) connects you with a well-trained, knowledgeable representative who can answer questions and, when necessary, refer you to the appropriate SEIU Local 1000 leader for representation or other issues.

Like so many employers in the State of California, Local 1000 employees have been teleworking, including our MRC, but that hasn’t stopped our resilient staff from serving our members. Our member resource center representatives are well versed in state worker needs from filing a grievance, to finding the address of a meeting, to learning about contract rights and other member benefits.

For more than a decade, our MRC staff has answered hundreds of thousands of inquiries from members across the state—and resolved most of those calls in just a few minutes.
