Help Local 1000 build a wellness program for CDCR Employees

Form

The biggest source of stress for correctional staff isn’t caused by working with incarcerated individuals. National studies have shown that close to 60% of staff stress comes from policies, procedures, and the administrators themselves.

Local 1000 and One Voice United have teamed up to build a wellness program that works for our represented employees. We’re hosting two wellness culture listening sessions to gain a better understanding of the challenges workers face at CDCR. *Please note: you must RSVP in advance; seats are limited.

Dates and Times:

  • February 28 – 12:30-6:00 p.m. (lunch will be provided)
  • February 29 – 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (breakfast will be provided)
