Dr. Stephany Powell, Executive Director of Journey Out, Discusses how to keep our children safe and answers your questions.
Dr. Powell retired from the LAPD as Vise Sergeant after thirty years. She has been the Executive Director at Journey Out since October 2013. Journey out assists victims of human trafficking in finding their way out of violence and abuse, due to sexual exploitation or forced prostitution.
