We Need Every State Employee to Support

After we proposed a general salary increase, the State provided their counteroffer of 6%. Total. 2% each year, effective in 2023. That means they still haven’t seen or heard our demands, and that needs to change.  

Our bargaining team will continue to negotiate on a daily basis at the table, but we urgently need your support. If you, too, are upset with the State’s offer, now is the time to act!! 

We need every state employee to support our negotiations, by calling/emailing the members of the State bargaining team listed below demanding that they Respect Us, Protect Us, and Pay Us!
