#iChoose – Steward Training

As a steward, your leadership is critical in the fight against upcoming threats to our union, our families and our communities.

The Freedom Foundation, an anti-union and anti-worker group, has set up shop in southern California and is taking aim at making California a so-called “right-to-work” state.

If they’re successful, this will weaken our Union, suppress our wages, erode our benefits and privatize our jobs and services.

Together, we’re not going to let that happen. We’re fighting back with a rigorous program to educate, train and empower member leaders against these attacks.

We will be holding a training for stewards on our #iChoose Program to learn how to fight back these attacks. The goal of the training is to equip stewards with the skills necessary to communicate, engage and empower members at the worksite against all of these threats.

Join us for regional trainings as we prepare to fight back against right-to-work attacks to our union, our families and our communities.
