The SEIU Local 1000 Latin@ Committee will join the 50th Chicano Moratorium Committee for the 56th Annual Chicano Moratorium on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 10 AM to 4 PM at the East Los Angeles College Quad.
Join the Latin@ Committee for this year’s commemoration and share space with leaders and community members who have helped shape the Chicano Civil Rights Movement. The event will feature danzante, speakers and poetry, vendors, food and refreshments, informational booths and more.
