From August 29 through September 29, CalPERS will hold an election to fill two board seats that represent all CalPERS members. With these positions open, we have the power to elect leaders dedicated to safeguarding our pensions, keeping healthcare affordable and making sure our money is invested wisely! That’s why we’re proud to endorse David Miller and Troy Johnson for CalPERS Board.

David Miller
(Position A)
David has been a leader in defending our hard-earned benefits. He has the financial experience that is critical to maximizing our CalPERS investments while protecting our pensions and healthcare.
Troy Johnson
(Position B)
Troy is an experienced fiduciary and union leader who serves on the California School Employees Association’s Investment Committee, guiding investments and protecting his union’s pension plan, which is 100% funded.
