To find a DLC meeting or other event, use the ‘Find Events’ search feature in the calendar. Simply type in the name of the DLC or event you’re looking for, and the calendar will show matching results. Click on an event for more details.

Finding and Growing Leaders at Your Worksite: It is a stewards’ role to identify other leaders in the worksite to grow our union, but do you know what to look for, or how to craft the right invitation to lead? This course will train stewards to recognize leadership potential in everyday members (especially those who don’t see themselves as leaders yet) and to practice inviting them to step up through small, affirming, low-barrier asks.
