- What the regulation (Title 8, 3342) mean, and how to use it
- Identify key components of the regulation
- What employees and their Union Reps can do to enforce the regulation, develop H&S programs at the worksite, and how to hold employers accountable for violence prevention
- How to file an effective Cal/OSHA complaint
