You’re invited to join with fellow member leaders in a six-week Zoom-based training called the Skills to Win workshop. It’s aimed at developing fundamental organizing skills that will build Local 1000’s capacity to project power and to create change.

You’re invited to join with fellow member leaders in a six-week Zoom-based training called the Skills to Win workshop. It’s aimed at developing fundamental organizing skills that will build Local 1000’s capacity to project power and to create change.
Once a week for six weeks, for two hours on Zoom, Skills to Win will focus on how to build high-participation organizations including:
- Identifying leaders who can move our membership
- How to have successful organizing conversations
- How to chart workplaces, neighborhoods, and other collective structures
Analyze and understand power dynamics to inform strategies
