When we started our journey for a contract we can all be proud of, members across the state shared their stories about what a pay raise means for them and their families.

After eight months of negotiations, two rounds of town hall meetings, escalating worksite actions and a near STRIKE to hold the state accountable to its bargaining obligations, we successfully reached a tentative agreement with the state.

Highlights include a $2,500 bonus, across-the-board pay raises, dozens of special salary adjustments, and improvements to working conditions; professional development; health and safety; leaves; and compensation.

Our bargaining team is recommending a YES vote.
