Dear Bargaining Unit 1 Employees,
The State Fund Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC) met on March 20, 2025, led by the new chair, Tino Huizar. This meeting marked 10 years of continued discussion and collaboration in this venue.
The JLMC began in 2015 and has been a productive quarterly meeting where the member led SEIU team can raise concerns, ideas and questions directly to the CEO and upper management at State Fund. This forum allows us to have direct and honest discussions about what is working, and what needs improvement at State Fund with the decision makers.

- Training: Possibility of 2025 in person training and CEU Training Update needs
