Survey to Launch for HFEN Classification
A survey is scheduled to go out to all HFENs this week in order to gather additional information regarding workload, working conditions and retention. Look for the survey and be sure to respond before September 10th.
Moving Forward
All updates regarding the progress of the BU 17 Recruitment and Retention Committee will be posted on the website.
In the meantime, here are three things you can do to help promote your classification through this process or in anticipation of inclusion in next year’s review:
- Increase membership in your classification
- Increase COPE contribution
- Wear purple on Wednesday to show solidarity
