Unit 15 members at Metropolitan State Hospital came together in a big way for our recent bargaining survey event, hosted by Jesse Aranda and Unit 15 Chair Eric Murray. The turnout was impressive, with more than 70 surveys completed on-site.
This event was about more than just filling out surveys. It gave members the chance to speak openly, ask questions, and share their priorities for the upcoming contract campaign. The energy was positive and focused, and it was great to see members engaged and ready to fight for a strong contract in the months ahead.
Jesse Aranda summed it up best: “Seeing so many members show up and speak their minds was powerful. This is what unity looks like, and it’s how we win at the bargaining table.”
