BU 20 Board of Nursing Fee Increase
Update

The Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians is proposing an amendment to Title 16, Division 25, Chapters 1 and 2 of the California Code of Regulations that would increase fees overall. The attached announcement of this amendment provides more detail as to the amount and intention of these increases.

This amendment will be discussed at a hearing currently scheduled for March 16, 2022. Interested parties may offer comments in writing or in person at the virtual hearing to be held via WebEx. Information on how to join the hearing to offer in-person input or submit comments in writing is provided in the attached announcement of this amendment. Written comments will be accepted through March 15, 2022, and should be sent directly to the contact listed within the attachment.
