Master Agreement Contract Search Tool

The full Master Agreement Contract provides state workers with the security they deserve, preserves the rights and benefits we’ve fought so hard to secure, and allows us to continue providing everyone with the vital public services we need to make our state a California for All. In all its 500 pages, it lays the foundation for a fair working environment as well as specific resources available to state employees.

In order to make all of this important information readily accessible to members at a moment’s notice, we developed the Contract Search Tool, an easy way to find the information you need when you need it. By breaking down the long and sometimes complex document into viewable sections, the search function runs through the entire contract, making searching for specific provisions as simple as entering a keyword. In addition, the Contract Search Tool includes both the 2020 and 2016 contracts, giving a comprehensive view of the changes and updates that have been made over the course of four years.

This Contract is the culmination of many years of hard work and represents the strength of collective action by SEIU Local 1000 members and the power of solidarity in building and safeguarding these contract protections. However, it is only the beginning of what we intend to achieve. We must continue to move forward and become even more involved in our communities, the political arena, and our strategic alliances in order to create a California for All.
