Our SEIU Local 1000 Bargaining Team was back at the bargaining table this week working tirelessly to protect telework and it’s clear the State is not taking our concerns seriously. Despite clear pushback from state workers, the State continues to move forward with a four-day, one-size-fits-all return-to-office mandate.
At this point, it’s clear this fight will take more than what’s happening at the bargaining table alone. That means we have to build pressure through organizing, collective action, and making sure our voices are heard at every level.
