Your Bargaining Unit has 4 different Joint labor Management Committees (JLMC’s): the Correctional Supervising Cooks JLMC, Food Services JLMC, Custodian JLMC, and the Upward Mobility JLMC. The CSC, Food Service, and Custodian JLMC’s are in place to bring up issues to management that impact the worksite, operational issues, equipment issues, recruitment and retention, and duties performed. The Upward Mobility JLMC is always looking for avenues for the Unit to have the ability to improve oneself within state service and make the state have training available for everyone, not just certain people within the unit.
