Our Unit 14 bargaining team held a Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC) meeting with DGS/OSP on September 16th, 2025, to address issues impacting represented workers in Unit 14.

In discussions with DGS/OSP management, our team raised specific concerns from our represented employees around the following topics:

  1. All new equipment and plans for DGS/OSP
  2. Scheduling of regular worksite informational meetings for workers at DGS/OSP
  3. Assignment of employees to “cross training” work duties
  4. Proper assignment and operation of the Mail Inserter Machine at DGS/OSP

Many of the issues discussed are ongoing and require follow-up discussions between our Unit 14 team and the state to achieve resolution.
