Dear State Fund employees,
Did you know State Fund has a quarterly meeting where your Union (SEIU 1000) meets with State Fund management to discuss ongoing issues about work process, morale and workload? That is right! SEIU 1000 has had an ongoing Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC) at State Fund for over a decade!
Our next JLMC is February 19th and we would like to invite everyone to come and listen to a recap of that meeting and help us come up with any follow ups, next steps, and action items/questions for State Fund management.
