Philadelphia is “high cost” city per expense policy and the per diem rates of $18(breakfast)/$19(lunch)/$32(dinner) will apply to reimbursable meals.

Mileage to/from the airport in your home city will be covered, without a commute adjustment, along with overnight parking. Receipts for parking will be required.
